Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for paid services under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@beautyelbow.world
- Refunds are processed for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service
- Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the payment, at our discretion
- Digital resources and downloaded materials are non-refundable after purchase
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking or service:
- Email info@beautyelbow.world with your booking reference
- Include your cancellation reason and requested refund method
- We will confirm receipt and process your request within 3–5 working days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after cancellation approval
- Bank processing times vary; funds may take an additional 1–3 working days to appear
- We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed sessions or consultations that have taken place
- Digital resources, guides, or materials after download
- Completed programmes or courses with no remaining sessions
- Administrative fees (if applicable)
5. Rescheduling
If you cannot attend your scheduled session:
- Request rescheduling at least 48 hours in advance
- One rescheduling per booking is permitted at no extra charge
- Further rescheduling requests may incur a small administrative fee
- We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time
6. Group Programmes
For multi-week or group programmes:
- Cancellations within the first two sessions (14 days) qualify for a full or partial refund
- After two sessions, refunds are prorated for remaining sessions not attended
- No refunds are issued for sessions missed without notice
7. Disputes & Exceptions
If you believe your refund was handled incorrectly:
- Contact us at info@beautyelbow.world with details and documentation
- We will review your case within 5 working days
- Our team may approve exceptions on a case-by-case basis
8. No-Show Policy
If you do not appear for a scheduled session:
- We will attempt to contact you
- No refund is issued for no-shows without prior notification
- You may request to reschedule or request a refund review (at our discretion)
9. Payment Methods
We accept refunds via your original payment method. If refunding to a credit or debit card, allow additional processing time for your financial institution.
10. Consumer Rights
Your statutory consumer rights under UK consumer protection law are not affected by this policy. If you have concerns about a purchase, you may contact:

11. Notification Requirements
By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate contact details for refund communication. We are not liable for failed refunds due to outdated or incorrect contact information.
